Greater Boston Roofing Company Golden Group Roofing Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary
Hudson, MA – The Greater Boston roofing company Golden Group Roofing celebrated a high achievement in small business: their 10 year anniversary or providing high quality roofing and home siding in the local Massachusetts area. What once started as a single truck and two employees has steadily grown to a company with 5 star ratings, awards and recognitions, and a team of top roofing talent.
“What a spectacular evening,” said Greta Bajrami of the team celebration at the Hudson Portuguese Club. “There were no big agenda, no long speeches, but just a fun night of dancing and laughter.”
“We wanted to let our team know how much they have meant to us. So many families depend on Golden Group for their livelihood and we wanted them all together to commemorate this journey full of hard work and dreams.”
Golden Group Roofing was founded by a wife and husband team of Greta Bajrami and Freddy Campoverde. It all began while they were enrolled as young college students in Worcester working toward a business degree. Bajrami and Campoverde took jobs as roofing foremen to earn money on the side. After several years of working alongside the crews and pursuing their own extensive construction training, Bajrami and Campoverde saw an opportunity to bring newer technology and streamlined processes to a roofing industry that hadn’t changed in years. They went out on their own, and Golden Group Roofing was born.
“All those sleepless nights in the early days and all the uncertainty that comes with a newly established business proved to us that if we focused on excellence in craftsmanship and customer service, we could become a trusted local brand, a stable business, and a supportive local employer.”
Since then, the Greater Boston roofing company and its leaders have won top certifications from premium-grade manufacturers and have contributed to the local community. Bajrami has also served on 3 roofing industry boards and was recently recognized on the Forty Under 40 list by ProRemodeler in 2021.
