Denis Bajrami joined the Golden Group Roofing & Solar Team in Fall 2016 as a Construction Project Manager after moving to Worcester MA, from Vlora, Albania. Denis position at Golden Group allows him to actively supervise ongoing roofing, siding and solar projects and supervise all our installation projects.

Italo Fabian Siguencia

A GAF Master Elite roofer, Fabian has been in the industry since 2000. At Golden Group, he oversees all roofer training and specifications of all installations. As a quality checker, he closely watches the new hires to make sure they’re trained correctly and precisely — before they are ever allowed to pick up a nail gun. He is the right hand man and mentor to Freddy Campoverde, co-founder and COO of Golden Group. Greta Bajrami, co-founder, CEO and visionary of Golden Group, says Fabian’s the real OG and owner of the company. She spent three years learning from him on site, soaking up the vast knowledge of a man who has been in this business much longer than they have. “He taught me everything I know,” she says. “He’s what we built the whole company around.”

Gentjana Grabocka

As office manager, “Gigi” makes sure the front office keeps running smoothly. She handles emails from the sales team, production team, and the customer, funneling them through the proper channels for seamless communication. As a key person in making sure client projects move swiftly through the unique production process, Gigi ensures building permits are filed, warranties are registered, customer welcome letters are sent, and so much more. She arranges schedules with the crew and corresponds with National Grid, architects, and engineers, closing permits and other loose ends so they are not overlooked. In short, she makes sure nothing falls through the cracks!

Luiggi Campoverde

Luiggi Campoverde is a Roofing, Project Manager with the Golden Group team. Luiggi ensures that our projects are being handled with Osha safety at all times and being installed per specification of our construction supervisor Freddy Campoverde. When Luiggi is not supervising our installs, he is usually watching the Celtics play basketball. Luiggi is a diehard fan and bleeds green.

Jurgen Cufollari

Jurgen Cufollari is a Project Manager at Golden Group Roofing & Solar. He ensures that clients’ projects are safe and being installed by building code requirements. Jurgen loves being on installs each day and meeting different people and seeing different scopes of work. He has a smile that is hard to forget, and is known as the life of the party, and a social butterfly to both his Golden Group Roofing family and his friends.

Andres Uribe

Andres Uribe joined Golden Group Roofing & Solar in 2020, first as a siding specialist and later becoming a siding project manager. Andres insures that our installations operate flawlessly and within timelines. When Andres is not working, you can catch him playing a soccer match or enjoying some Columbian food.

Mauro Siguencia

Mauro is Fabian’s younger brother and assistant. With the company for three years, Mauro checks on the roofers, assists them throughout the day around the job site, makes sure they understand the scope of work, and ensures everything is up to code. Greta calls him a “bundle of joy” for the energy he brings to the business.

Margarita Grabocka

The voice of Golden Group, Margarita assists customers in making sure their needs and wants are understood and followed. If you call Golden Group, there’s a good chance you’ll talk to Margarita. She makes sure there’s always a friendly voice on the other end of the line – not a robot asking you to press a bunch of numbers. Greta says that’s an important part of the way they like to do business: you always get a real person in real time. Margarita essentially makes sure that the customers are happy, following up with courtesy calls and updates.

A lot of times, the sales team gets a lot of the glory. They bring their own value, to be sure, and of course Golden Group couldn’t survive without them at the helm. But at the end of the day, the heart of the company beats with the production team.
