How much does new siding cost?
It depends on the material you choose, your home’s square footage, and the complexity of the job (trim work, window wraps, multiple stories). Vinyl is the most affordable. Fiber cement and composite cost more but last longer and require less maintenance.

How long does a siding project take?
Most projects take 1 to 3 weeks. Vinyl siding typically finishes in about 7 days. Composite siding can take up to 3 weeks. We’ll give you a timeline before you sign anything.
What siding material is best for my home?
Depends on your budget, the look you want, and your climate. CertainTeed vinyl gives you 41 colors at the lowest price point. James Hardie fiber cement handles temperature swings and moisture better than most options. Everlast composite won’t rot, warp, or attract insects. Tando Shake gives you the cedar look without the cedar maintenance and is approved for hurricane zones. We walk through the tradeoffs with you during the design consultation.
Do I need to replace all my siding at once?
Not always. If damage is limited to one section, a partial replacement or repair might make sense. During the consultation we’ll let you know what actually needs replacing and what doesn’t.
What does the warranty cover?
Material warranties vary by product: CertainTeed vinyl carries a 50+ year lifespan warranty, James Hardie fiber cement up to 50 years, Everlast composite has a lifetime warranty, and Tando Shake carries 30 years. Golden Group offers a full enhanced registered warranty on all projects.
